The first time we ate at Noodle shack the food was awesome the second time we had Pho and it was just ok not very good. But this... 3rd time we got take out and it was terrible. I ordered the pork Katsu to split with my husband and it was the most dry andchewy pork I?ve ever had not to mention it tasted so bad of old grease that my husband took one bite and spit it out. Same withthe Vietnamese eggrolls whatever they were fried in gave them a horrible taste. The Shack Buns (which we?ve had before) weren?tgood as well the pork belly was extremely burnt and again super chewy. It?s so hard to find places that serve this kind ofauthentic food, just wish it was more consistent. Read more

The host and servers were very nice! The food came out /incredibly/ fast. My tonkatsu Ramen was good, but nothing to rave about.... The char siu was dry which was surprising considering it was in the broth. There was a TON of meat and toppings tho! Idefinitely didn't leave hungry. My partner had the pho and that was super good, but in an odd turn of events the star of theshow was the melon boba! I'd consider doing another couple hour drive just for that drink! I will say a big downside for me hadnothing to do with the food, but the upkeep of the restrooms. The women's restroom was completely out of paper towels AND toiletpaper when we visited pretty early in the day. Read more

This was my first time trying Ramen (other than the grocery stuff). I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was quite good. The... portion was ample, the food hot and quite tasty. Good mix of flavors. Prices seemed mildly high for what you get, but as Isaid, it was a first time for a noodle restaurant, so I don't have much to compare it to. Service was very minimal. They wantyou to scan a qr code at the table and order and pay on your phone. The ordering service even wanted me to choose and add a tipbefore I had see a waiter. Annoying, because I prefer to tip based on quality of the service. Thankfully they at least hadpaper menus I could look at to decide before ordering with my phone. I suppose if I thought of it as sort of a takeout placewith seats to sit and eat it, it would be better But the Ramen was good. Read more

The noodle shack gives you lots of options to explore Japanese cuisine. Loved the Takoyaki appetizer! Generous portions for the... ramen bowls. They were out of all the desert options, but with the amount of food we got everyone left satisfied. 5 stars. Read more

Absolutely delicious and delightful experience! To eat their amazing food creations in their relaxing atmosphere was such a... pleasure. Service was wonderful. We loved the drunken noodles, chicken and beef teriyaki, and the crispy chicken in the ricebun. I can?t wait to visit again and try even more menu items! It was clean with great distancing practices! This was my first time at the Noodle Shack and it was so good! My boyfriend and I got the wings, shrimp buns, and summer rolls.... The wings were our least favorite, because they weren't seasoned well. The sauce was great, but the wings weren't. The shrimpbuns were SO good. Summer rolls were refreshing and light. My ramen was the Thai red curry and it was spicy, but reallyflavorful! His was the spicy seafood ramen. His was more broth like while mine was creamy. Both were good! I definitelyrecommend trying if you're looking for a place to get good ramen. Read more
