We had the eggplant Parmesan and a Margarita Pizza. It was OK. I never had a Margarita pizza with fresh tomatoes all over, fresh... mozzarella, a blob of sauce on top and where was the fresh basil? The menu said sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil, nevermentioned fresh tomatoes (which I do not care for cooked fresh tomatoes). Should have sent it back. We always give a place asecond try. What a fun place to hang. The steak was cooked perfectly, the salad greens nice n crispy, the crew perfectly friendly and the... venue super comfy and great view of the ramp and runway. Definitely a return for me! Read more
One of the worst experiences I?ve had at a local restaurant and we didn?t even get to eat. Our party of 5 arrived and we asked... for outdoor seating. We were instructed to go outside and seat ourselves. We found an open table and sat down. About 3 minutesafter, we were informed that the table we were sitting at was reserved for the owner (mind you there was no signage designatingthe table was reserved.) Mildly upset we went back to the greeter requesting a table inside (of which there were many) afterstating we had been refused outdoor seating I requested a table for 5. He said he would be right back as to get a table ready. Aminute later he came back stating he couldn?t seat 5. There were plenty of 4 tops w room for another seat so we asked can wejust move a chair to accommodate. He then said they aren?t allowed to move chairs?. Do yourself a favor. Spend your moneyelsewhere. We left immediately as the staff couldn?t seem to care less about us. Spend your money where the staff appreciatesthe clients, cares about customer service. Used to love coming to this establishment but I don?t see myself wasting my time evercoming back. Hope the owner enjoys his table instead of serving the customer?. Read more
We came here from Cross Keys NJ. It was a bumpy ride but I was very happy to arrive here in Avery nice comfy environment. The... food was very good. I had a chicken salad with grapes, cranberries and a nice bed of greens. The chicken was to my taste and itdidn't have any garlic or onion which I made sure to request off. I ate every morsel of my salad. The coffee was fresh andperfect to taste. The service was wonderful we had a waiter that was very people friendly. He was animated and a pleasure tohave. They served a lovely loaf of bread that was perfect. Nice, hot and with a wonderful taste. The restaurant is locatedinside Lancaster Airport in PA. Read more
I usually rate restaurants based on how many things I would change, service, cleanliness, food quality and options, and... lastly ambiance. There was nothing I would change about today's meal. The bread with olive oil and Parmesan were wonderful. The chicken Romano was very nicely done. Portion size was great, plenty of chicken, plenty of sauce, and chicken was cookedperfectly. Entrees served hot the way they should be. There is a great view of airplanes taking off . The restaurant isliterally just of the tarmac. Although this is at the Lititz Airport, the prices are not obscene like your typical airport. Their prices are competitive with other restaurants. Read more
Well, this is one bar that doesn't need bar rescue. It is tucked away inside of the FBO. I have been to KLNS during my flight... training but never stopped until now, it was very pleasant, although it is labelled as a resturant, I did get the sense it wasgoing through an identity crisis. It doesnt know if it is a sports bar, resturant or what theme. They are an aviation resturantand the only reference is a bi plane on the menu. You can look out the window sure enough. The service was great, and servedwithin 12 minutes. Fish n Chips, $15.39. It tasted great just the balance fries to fish ratio could be better. Took some homefor Moji, who loved ???? it. Overall this is a fine place, i would go again. I just say they need to work on advertising moreand to make up their minds on a theme. Read more
Fiorentino?s was what I expected it to be. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options on the menu. The service was... a bit slow, but it seemed they were understaffed. The views of the aircraft landing and taking off were awesome. We?lldefinitely be back soon! Read more
I don?t recommend the Eggplant Parmesan, needs to be cooked, at a temperature that will cook evenly. Sauce is not home made .... Hope is this helpful. Location is Beautiful. Read more
