Slow service, they couldn't understand their own menu, and ended up getting the wrong order. The most annoying was not getting... the extra sauces I was charged for, after having to wait longer for the correct order to finally be brought out. At that pointwe had been waiting way too long to bother waiting for them to correct the missing sauces, so just left. While the food was hot(because of being re-made), I would NOT recommend this place. Read more

The food was not what was ordered. If people are willing to pay for having their food delivered, the least a restaurant can do... is get the order correct!! We ordered traditional Wings n Tings in Sweet and Spicy sauce and Strawberry Fanta. We got bonelessbuffalo wings and Strawberry drink. My whole day was spoiled!!!! Read more

We literally have an issue at this location every time we go. Customer service is subpar and the staff clearly pays no attention... to detail when preparing orders. The young ladies that work the drive thru have a terrible attitude more often than not. Ourfood is always missing something or prepared incorrectly. What?s even worse is when you bring attention to the issue with theorder (which is usually minor), the staff will often get aggressive and defensive instead of just fixing the issue. The drivethru is slow and the employees are often cliqued up and chilling behind the register when you walk in. It?s as if they getoffended for asking them to do the job they are there to do. I would suggest just driving the extra miles and going to Chik fila instead. Read more

Alright now, I see this Zaxby's is receiving alot of bad reviews so I had to see why. There seems to be a great change because I... had an outstanding meal, I ordered the 6 Fingerz plate tossed in sweet and spicy sauce and I must say everything was on point. Iordered through the drive thru and was greeted with a very pleasant and welcoming voice, the wait time was reasonable and myorder was hot, fresh and correct. Overall I had a wonderful experience, I would like to add that this is my first time eating atthis Zaxby's. I would've left pictures but I ate it all without delay being that I just got off work. Literally 10 workers in the store and I?m awaiting a pick up with no help. The order states to be ready but was not, when... arrived to the store I was not helped and had to raise my voice to be served. I do find it in anyones character to be loud.Sadly my attention was met until I yelled ?Hey? When asked how much longer the order would take I was derived with its comingfor about 20 minutes. Whoever the manager is needs to adequately staff Zaxby?s as I thought the establishment was better withcustomer service than said ?McDonald?s? Truly bad service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in line for about 30 minutes, couple cars in like nothing too busy. got to window waited... another 5-10 minutes, got my food, wasn?t right, let them know and the girl at the window had the audacity to ask me to confirmthe order and if I had even ordered anything. I hadn?t even drove off from the window yet!What??!! Wym!!? Had to go insidebecause they got an attitude after I looked at them like they were crazy for not completing my order and manager had to fix myorder while drive thru employees were laughing and snickering. I paid and waited for my food. The least you could do is have myorder correct. Do not recommend, spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else, even if there is nobody in line. Lessonlearned. Sadly my story isn't any different from the rest. Just like everyone else my order was incorrect, the bread was rock hard,my... fries was cold, and of course I waited for an extended amount of time. 2 other things bothered me greatly.... 1. The young ladywho I assume was a manager/shift lead was not wearing a mask, not even as a chin strap 2. I arrived 2 1/2 hours before closingand the lights were out including the monument sign, inside the restaurant, and outdoor menu. I just wish they would better andshow a little more pride. Read more
