I got my drink which was correct, however I ordered a burrito supreme combo with cinnamon twists but got.. three Doritos locos... tacos instead. I understand.. as the customer if I want my food correct before leaving I should check it.. but having worked ina fast food establishment before.. as an employee I make sure I know what bag i?m handing out the window. Location was out of black beans which is understandable, supply chain issues and what not but the first grilled cheese burrito I... received was literally burnt to a crisp. They replaced it, the second one had a haphazard spread of sour cream throughout. Read more

Do not order from here! They not only left out two of my food items, but the food that did arrive was cold, limp, and falling... apart and the drink tasted watered down . Never ordering food from this dump again. Read more

They are nice enough, but they can never seem to get the food right, either something is missing, or made wrong. The quality of... the food is poor as well. I often try a place more than once before I leave a bad review. I don't even try at this one anymore. Read more

Worst place ever!!! I am from out of state and was there today. They complained all while locking the doors on everyone before... closing time, I paid ahead for my order. I also checked to make sure there was no beans and they complained because there wasbeans and then stated "well you got like 10 of them" as I was asking for one without beans. It was a big order to feed a hugefamily gather snack. Such a bummers to see such horrible customer service. Read more

They aren?t anything like what they use to be. They don?t listen and follow directions, no matter if you order online, in-person... walk-in or drive-thru?. They still find away to mess up your order. They leave stuff out, don?t fix your food exactly the wayyou requested, and the food is never fresh. That?s the main reason you can?t get food exactly the way you ask, because the foodis just sitting their from them pre fixing foods, and when someone orders they don?t start from then making the item fresh. It?sold sitting, cold and, soggy, plus completely wrong when you receive it. The two Taco Bell?s locations that are in my area are: Fairington Road in Lithonia, Ga next to Walmart ( it?s a Taco Bell/ Long John Silver?s combined) and the other location is TacoBell at Stonecrest Mall area ( across the street from Tire Plus shop). Both do the same horrible things. And then have the nerveto ask you to bring the food back, in order to get another meal at another time. How feels like leaving home expecting to eatand be satisfied. But in stead you get no satisfaction, then have to go all the way back to the restaurant that just cheatedyou, give them the exact amount of food back, ( giving them your receipt ???? isn?t enough) in order to get your food donecorrectly that you already paid for, now wasted more gas on?. All of this is ridiculous. They both need to be closed and staffedwith new, employees and new rules. Cleaned up buildings inside and outside. I went to the location on Farrington rd and everything I ordered was incorrect. My cheesy 5 layer burrito had no ?cheese?and... sour cream, the loaded taco fries had no nacho cheese, I asked for ?extra? sour cream on those and I got none at all! My softtaco supreme had NO lettuce and tomatoes! My whole order was trash! I wasted my money cause either they need to retrain theiremployees or fire them cause they done care about good customer service. I even asked the girl at the drive-thru did they addthe extra sour cream, she said yes everything is there. Laughable this is my last time going there, cause it?s not the firsttime my order has been incorrect. How difficult is it to read the screen! Then I call Establishment so I could speak to amanager and the automated system said they couldn?t get to the phone? what a joke!!! Read more
