So we normally go late night for my best friends family to this location. We always do drive thru. On a Monday night we waited... in line and after attempting to order advised ice cream machine down. This seems to be happening late nights after 10 pm. For usSonic Experience is Drive In pull up to order, have it delivered to your car, shakes and sundaes and food, sit back and enjoy.This Sonic was drive thru only no comminication of that prior to being told. I spent all of my break in line waiting which is something that I'm not used to doing at this location. It made me late for... work, however I don't know what the hold up was that day, but maybe it was the time of day or staffing issues. I was verydisappointed. Read more
I just gotta say this place is horrible ?. You think you?re waiting on fresh food how long they take and you never end up with... fresh food! The worst customer service ever. A bunch of young kids working here who aren?t even motivated to work. I?ve waited with my kids... for almost 15 minutes just to get my order placed. The worst Sonics I?ve ever been to. I ordered online at my home, then left 5 minutes after to get there which is a 10 minute... drive. Then once I get there and confirm that I?m there through the app, I had to wait an additional 35 minutes just to have myfood ready. They took forever. On Saturday May 14, 6:00 p.m. Purchased these horrible fries. Had normal looking fries on top. Was driving while eating and I... didn't notice the old fries until i took a bite and almost vomited.
