If I could rate a zero star I would. Cashier didn't know anything. Had food up with no price. Had to ask several times. The 1st... time I had it food was terrible and over priced rice tasted burned. Just not good so I decided since it has been over a yearsince I had it. I decided to try again bit ordered cow foot soup. Over priced for what I got. I got broth with dumplings no cowfoot but a small bone. Not happy wont ever go to it again. I will stick to fireside off covington hwy they are the bestauthentic Jamaican food. Ordered Curry Chicken last week. It was horrible. Not sure what is going on or why they would even try and pass food off... like that. Too many things wrong to describe. Curry was very watered down, had no body or texture to it. Tasted more likejust Curry flavored water. Meat wasn't well seasoned at all. Very disappointing. Won't be back for a while. My husband ordered oxtail. Food was bland and oxtail was kind of hard. I rcvd one plantain and watered down tablespoon full of... vegetable. I did call and notify them of what I rcvd but don't know if anything will change. You always have to give service forpeople to come back...give somebody something that you would want yourself, and that was not done today. Read more
Very bad customer service cashier was a young lady light skin, she must be new. she was very rude and disrespectful, and not... welcomeing at all. she had a attitude when I was placing my order, when I walk in the restaurant, did not greet or say thanksafter that transaction. Customer service tonight was trash. I went in at 9:30pm. They close at 10. The young lady said they only had curried oxtails.... Taking in consideration the hour I said, "That's fine". She chased that with, "no cabbage no rice and peas." Her entire demeanorwas that she didn't want to serve me to begin with. She was sweeping when I came in and didn't make motion to go to the back.She said they'd run out of food. All fine because I understand things happen but I don't need attitude with it. Do better.
