The workers in the drive thru are rude and lazy. Always have to ask for napkins and a straw for a drink. Most of the dumping of... french fries in the bag upside down is just ridiculous. If I want my fries in a bag, then I can just go to Five Guys. Managersare always nice though and take care of or address any issues that I have. Read more
Please talk to someone of the store times. Store repeatedly closes before said closing time and are very inconsistent in the... times. Do no order mobile after 8. You will waste your time and patience figuring if the store is closed or open. Read more
I just left this McDonald?s. The staff seem not to care about your business. They got my order wrong twice and I literally had... to park away from drive thru lane just to pick up my order they got wrong. I stood there for what felt like ten minutes andinformed one of the older female staff only for her to say it?s only been six minutes. If you own this franchise, am afraid yourstaff needs retraining otherwise you won?t be there when next I drive through this area. Read more
Sat at the speaker for close to ten minutes before I was even greeted. Terrible customer service upon making it to the window.... There was no sign to pull up from the 1st window. And the person at the second looked like they were trying to do it all alone. Read more
Very dark area. No lights on in parking lot nor the sign. Asked for hot fries was not hot. Burger was not complete looked... like it was cut off and the dressings was light and half way off the bread.. and it was a simple hamburger. .Not hot at all. The customer service is horrible. There isn't an adult at least from what I see and especially since it's whole entire crew made... up kids. Employees smoking vapes in the dining room and guest allowed to let non service dogs walk around. The employees friendhang up there like it is a hang spot. I walked in and wasn't greeted or acknowledged. So I went to the kiosk. It took over 20minutes for a meal for three people on the same order. Employees using profanity and it's just horrible. They make there ownrules and do what they want. If you go for a visit. Pack your patience, wear a mask and beware. Last time coming here!! Read more
My boyfriend and I placed an order inside at the kiosk for 2 meals and 2 drinks. Everything was fine until we went to the soda... machine to get our drinks. There was a small dead roach trapped in the touch screen. I was so disgusted that I told the manager.She shrugged me off as she walked away as if to say "so??" I took a picture of it and showed it to a drive thru employee. Atfirst he tried to convince me it was simply a cracked screen but I told him it was clearly a roach and the manager couldn't careless. He then told me he would contact the GM, (but I don't think he will). That is extremely unsanitary and means there areroaches inside the drink machine. Normally when you visit a McDonald's anywhere in the metro Atlanta area, you are greeted by rude employees who look and respond... to you as if you interrupted them at doing their job. They don't care and they don't take Pride. I had a very differentexperience at the Evans Mill (in Conyers) location. Christina was very pleasant, she exhibited care, and she was professional. Iwas so pleased that I tipped her way more $$ than what my bfast cost. She was genuinely thankful and asked if I could share myexperience regarding her to her mgr. Which I happily did. Read more
