I?ve been in Georgia now for almost 3 years and I?ve only found one good bbq place. If it?s not black owned I won?t even bother.... Well today I found another place. The bbq style is different from what I?m used to, coming from the Midwest, but everything wasabsolutely delicious. I ordered tips, Mac N cheese, green beans, and peach cobbler. The ribs are nice and tender. The regular bbq sauce is tasty. The collard greens were very good. The mac and cheese was ok... needed a little more flavor. I have never had corn added to cornbread it was ok but I think it would be better without the addedcorn. I was overall pleased with my first visit to Mable's. Read more

Great Carolina BBQ. The ribs have the right amount of chew and pull to them. The pit master is a pro. Nice smoke to them wasn't... expecting the mustard in the sauce but it's not overpowering where you can't taste the sweetness of it. They have mild and spicysauce. Good Potato salad. Good portions and I'll be back. It's in a strip mall but don't let that deter you. Great to go spot! Read more

Don't let the location fool you. I took a chance on this Mom and Pop spot and placed a Friday catering order on a Tuesday for... 10 and EVERYTHING was tasty. Added bonus....the price was fair for the generous servings as I had ample for everyone. A 1/2 panof beef (wasn't pulled/shredded though and isn't included in the photo), a pan of pulled chicken, a pan of baked beans and a panof mac & cheese (which was excellent) and slider buns which if it had been Hawaiian would have been the s*** for under $215. Iwould recommend this unassuming restuarant if you have a taste for BBQ. There is minimal seating inside if you choose to eat inbut I had to come back and get an individual mac&cheese to go. DaYUM GOOD!!! I got the pulled pork platter, Mac & Cheese and BBQ beans. My boyfriend got the rib tip platter with rice and... coleslaw - plus we got lemon pound cake and banana pudding for dessert.
