The ribs are nice and tender. The regular bbq sauce is tasty. The collard greens were very good. The mac and cheese was ok... needed a little more flavor. I have never had corn added to cornbread it was ok but I think it would be better without the addedcorn. I was overall pleased with my first visit to Mable's. Read more
Great Carolina BBQ. The ribs have the right amount of chew and pull to them. The pit master is a pro. Nice smoke to them wasn't... expecting the mustard in the sauce but it's not overpowering where you can't taste the sweetness of it. They have mild and spicysauce. Good Potato salad.
