Terrible. We ordered 1 hookah (REGULAR AF) and two water bottles. Why is my total $50? This place is a scam. Their menus are... cheap looking and the place is super ghetto. Came here from NY for Atl carnival weekend. Decided to go to an all white party here at Glow Bar ATL and the owner Xan is not a... good businesss person she found any reason to nit pick and cause a scene. She kept trying to harass my husband & when I askedher what happened she then said I gave her an attitude. My husband is law enforcement in NY so we just came out to have a goodtime & not have any drama. I requested a refund for this unpleasant experience & the promotor apologized profusely BUT the owneris trash & i wouldn?t recommend this place. My best friend and I have become regulars here. We sit at the same spot, order the same hookah, and I get the same drink and... never drink it all... but the drinks are good! The waitress is cool and we had a guy one time that made the best hookah of mylife ???? we just be wondering why it ain't never packed but we definitely not complaining. Read more
0/10 would not recommend! It was very expensive to get in for it to be a bad experience. The music continuously pausing between... performances that were going on. The waitress was very inattentive to our needs. Continuously walking away when asking forclarification. Prices online did not match the price inside. Hookah on the website states $27 however it was $40! She wasunknowledgeable about the flavors she had this night. We tried to order food for her to come back 30 minutes stating it was onlywings when we saw other people eating other foods when we entered. Later ordering wings and waiting over an hour to receive thefood. We had to pay for the food and drinks before receiving our order. She stated that we were unable to take it off of ourbill because it was already being prepared. We were ready to leave but couldn?t until we received the food which was not verygood. Not sure what is going on, but I visited this location today at 8:30 PM and the doors were locked. According the door, it's... website and Google it opens at 1. It should have been open when I arrived. I see the owner has taken their time to comment onsome of the reviews in the past few days. Hopefully they will be able to shed some light on this situation.
