We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, checking in once in a while just to make sure they were still taking orders. They... assured us "a few more minutes" each time. We were polite and patient and didn't mind. Finally, after a huge line formed behindus, we asked if they'd prefer we came in and the person on staff (9pm) was EXTREMELY rude and snapped at us. We hadn't doneanything but wait patiently and we hadn't even complained, we were just wondering if we should keep waiting because 30 minutesis a long time to be in a drive thru. Read more
Google said they were open. I pull up at 11:15 pm and they are closed . I pull back around b/c I'm like no way . The guy comes... on the intercom and says there are only accepting mobile orders . I go to put in a mobile order and they aren't accepting ordersthere either . I literally left Sonics and drove to Burger King and Sonics was open and serving . ALL these poor complaints youwould think they'll do something if not Lithonia/Stonecrest whoever needs to look at putting another chain there . Read more
This is thee WORSE burger king I?ve ever been to. (on several different occasions). They had a sign written ?Closed be back in... 10 mins? written on the drive thru menu. Another time had ?Closed? written on the door. just to drive back around to see all theemployees just sitting inside talking and two outside smoking weed. Other times they?ll let you sit at the drive thru telecomand won?t ever come to the speaker. Not to mention, I could be the only person in line and still have to wait 20 PLUS minutesfor a meal. horrible. horrible. on top of ALLL of that, they?re extremely rude. Read more
I know fast food is not easy to do,but if you Employee of any fast food chain they should have a better attitude toward the... customer. This not the only place to eat at. You have to earn that. Drive thru service is horrible. Waited 20 minutes to get to the intercom just to be told to hold on and wait about 20 more... minutes with 4 to 5 associates on duty. Line was from the window darn near to the entrance but I guess that's what type ofservice you get when you have 4 to 5 what it looked to be teenage associates on duty taking there times though I guess. It took more than 15 minutes to make Whopper burger. I wanted a chicken sandwich but was told that would take 10 minutes. And... that is why I ordered a Whopper. You see that did not work out well. This will be my first and last time going to this location. Read more
The place was very clean. The team members were friendly. The whopper burger was hot and fresh. I also ordered the Spicy Chicken... sandwich. I didn't care for it. The breading was falling off the chicken and it was definitely lacking spice. There ice creammachine was not working, which was annoying because the kids really wanted ice cream. I will give them a 3 because the food is fresh but the customer service is terrible. The women in the morning literally always... seem like you?re bothering them while just trying to get your food and go. My mom doesn?t even come to this location anymore theexact reason, she came on her own on several different occasions and left upset, do better.
