Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 7:41. I arrived at 7:53 and drove up to drive thru where they had a sign... to come in for mobile orders. I drove around and walked up to the door which was locked. The employees just sat there andwatched me for 5 minutes. I walk to the other door, locked, waited again before going back to the first door and continued towait. I decided to go through drive thru and was told I had to come in for mobile orders. After explaining I was the one waitingoutside I was told in the nastiest attitude ?well your food not ready anyway come back in 15 minutes?????..?. First and lasttime eating here. Very unprofessional place of business. After arriving back to the window my order was incorrect. Missingmultiple items. No flavor no taste just it wasn?t fresh at all ( you?d think it would be after waiting almost 45 minutes forfood) and there was no sense of being sincere. Horrible horrible horrible. Update: I waited another 15 mins for the correctorder just for it to still be incorrect. the second person that took care of us was better (and older) and a little sincere. Itwas the younger worker (brown braids) who also stated ?Jesus Christ? after trying to pick up the first time that provided thebad service. Overall this service has been horrible. Bad food, greasy, poor quality
I ended up not CAREFULLY checking my order before I left the restaurant, even though I was given the opportunity to do so by the... person who brought me my order. I added a chicken sandwich MEAL to my 8 piece chicken meal deal. I had a coupon for the 8 piecechicken meal deal, but not one for the chicken sandwich meal. So, due to my own failure to carefully check my order, I ended uppaying WAY TOO MUCH for my total order AND not getting EVERYTHING that I actually ordered! Because I got a chicken sandwich ONLYand not the chicken sandwich MEAL that I actually ordered! But, since the cashier allowed me to keep my 8 piece chicken mealdeal coupon, I can't blame the restaurant for MY failure to carefully check my order. ???? Read more
I was thinking that if I purchased my food early in the opening hours the food would be acceptable. I had no problem with the... customer service drive thru but when I got home there was nothing favorable about my meal. The corn was dry with no moisture asif it had sat in the heating rack for days.
