I was not greeted. Completely ignored! When it came time for me to be waited on i was ignored and customers who walked up after... me waited on while i was ignored! The other customers had a look on their face of disbelief. Your loss is j buffalo houses gain.Ibhabe never been treated like that. When first arriving cashier was on the phone and getting ice. When her co-worker tried bringing to her attention that she gad... customers she continued talking on the phone and didn't acknowledge him. He physically walked over to her to tell her andshe was still indifferent and failed to acknowledge, kept tight on with her conversation. Then he finally got someone else,then she came forward still on the phone at that time she told him she was on the plane. The other gentleman proceeded tohelp us. At some point how difficult would have been to just say I'll be with you in a moment! But in the end herco-workers stepped up to the plate and provided excellent service. Read more
My husband and I always enjoy our meal from Firehouse!!! He had steak@cheese, and I had the Italian sub,and it didn't disappoint... us either.. Staff was great, and even the customers seem to be in good spirit on a Friday afternoon???? So overall it'sdefinitely a place u should try, if you never eaten from there before... This spot is always great. Lunch time gets crowded, but you can order on the Firehouse app and time your arrival sonyour meal... will be ready when you arrive. The staff is friendly and knew me by name after only a few visits. Read more

This review can be changed if someone cares to fix it but we come often with our entire family to celebrate family birthdays.... Today we were told that kids don?t eat for .99 cents on Sunday even though the sign is clearly posted at the front of thebuilding. Apparently the owner or manager has changed this policy but the sign hasn?t been removed yet. We ordered three combosand three kids meals. If you don?t have kids, don?t worry. The food is great. I have no problems with that. Just the way wewere handled at the counter, no I?m sorry? we will fix it or anything. They said just said we aren?t doing it. Edit: afterreviewing the receipt it appears that two adult combo upgrades ($2.99 each) were not charged on our bill. For that, I willincrease my star rating from 1 to 3. Read more
Everytime I call here I get excellent customer service and that Is hard to get via phone. The app wasn't taking my order and the... person I connected with looked it up and had my order pulled up. Super fast and easy and southern hospitality. Read more
