They made my order way too sweet, which is not the biggest problem, I asked them to remake it and just make it less sweet and... with less cream. They made it the exact same way again. And when I tried to ask again they ignored me until I had to leave orI?d be late for work. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. This is my favorite location, the staff are friendly and treat you like an individual. They made it a point to remember my name... and great me by my name in the morning. when i say unprofessional, i mean disgusted. Due to everywhere being under staffed there hiring these unruly teens BUT when I tell U that this young staff is on POINT in all... areasssss! I enjoyed taking my grandchildren. Came here today and I asked for my 2 drinks to not have no ice and the lady told me and I quote (just because you don?t want ice... doesn?t mean where going to fill it up too the top!) like what?
