Went there yesterday, the Latin lady at the register was super rude, got a bit testy when I ordered 2 burgers using my rewards... point, she said I could only have one (even though I had plenty of points to cover 4 burgers). Poor Customer Service Black girl at drive thru was more focused on her conversation than me waving at me after she did not ask... if I wanted and condiments. Like why don't these people know to ask that question. Then I wouldn't have to ask for anything. The young man that took the order was kind and fine. Worst Burger King for it to be fairly new. They locked the door at 8pm and I had a counter pick up order. The manager on duty... then told the guy working?tell her to go to drive thru. You have 2 employees laying in the lobby in the booth seats 1 at thecounter looking in space. Get to drive thru she asks me to pull up cause my order not ready. It?s been 15mins! Worst customer service EVER! Now mind you worked at Burger King in High School under a manager that believed you almost anything... to keep the customer happy. But baaaabyyyy don't ask these folks for a special request because the first answer is always NOeven prior to making an inquiry to see if it's possible. Asked to add ketchup to a sandwich the girl at window says NO becauseit's probably already made. In this case ???????????????????????? you simply unwrap the sandwich and add a dollop of ketchup.Mind you it was never passed thru the window. Hadn't even left the warming station. I politely declined the food and droveaway....up the street to Wendy's. NO is the only thing this crew knows how to say. This is like 3rd time this has happened tome here.
