I have been here several times in the afternoon & am totally disappointed with the selection and coffee. It is better to order... in the morning with the huge crowd of drive thru patrons & walk-ins because you will get the donuts you like as opposed to 3pmwhen they don't have old fashion, glazed, pink frosted, or chocolate anything and the donuts are stale. Customer service is goodbut being angry can interfere with observing how helpful they might be. Read more
Deserves 0 stars but u can?t put that low. The most inconsistent restaurant within 100 miles. I come here 3 times a week and get... one of the simplest drinks I can get and somehow they manage to screw it up ever single time. Idk if it?s lack of training orincompetence but it needs to be fixed. I highly recommend going anywhere else as it?s only gotten worse since it opened.Terrible! Read more
On more than 3 occasions at around 7pm, some of these employees are done and have no business serving customers. Rude. Don?t ask... for a specialty drink or anything that requires cooking. My favorite was when one of them gave themselves a $5 tip on my bankcard. When I made mention the next time around one of the girls in the background nearly sh herself and she knew exactly what Iwas talking about. Some sort of scheme. I go through here 5 times a week just before work. I?m a bartender so that varies from afternoons to Sunday mornings. There was... a time where the coffee would sometime not taste good BUT lately and especially just now the drinks have been ON POINT and downright delicious! It is something I look forward to daily! Hate this location they are the worst. The milkshake has ice in it so weird. And the Creature creation we got my son didnt even... come in the Creature cup and they didnt have the creature crown either. I wasnt mad that they were out of those 2things howevermy little boy was upset crying because NO ONE told us up front that they were out of the 2things that made it a Creature!! Read more

I have had it with this location. I've never had an issue with any other dunkin I've been to, but with this location it seems to... happen every time. First of all, look at this bagel they gave me today. The egg is only on half of the bagel, not to mentionit's the wrong type of bagel. I asked for plain. Whenever I ask for a drink with light ice or no ice, they won't even enter iton the order screen and it always winds up coming back with full ice. Even when I make sure they enter it on the screen, its thesame result. They pretty much always make me pull up to the 2nd window to wait for my items, which would be fine if theywouldn't forget about me at this window for about 20 minutes at least once a week. I'm at this 2nd window for so long that Ieither have to knock on the window, or leave the drive thru to park and walk inside. Whenever someone eventually notices thatI'm at the 2nd window that they told me to pull up to, its always "did you need something?" um yeah... the drink/food I ordered,that I was told I'd receive at this window. 20 min ago. Whenever I've thought that I'd skip the drive thru chaos by walkinginside the building to order instead, I waited at the register for 15 min without anyone acknowledging me or asking what I'dlike to order, so I left. I've never had such bad experiences so consistently at any restaurant, and have never felt compelledto write a bad review before. The reason I kept going back was that it was so close to my house, but I'm done now. I understandthat it's a bunch of high schoolers who work there, so I don't entirely blame them. I blame the management that is so obviouslylacking. I highly suggest changing this management, because it's laughable at this point. Everytime and I mean every time I get food from here it tastes so bad like chemicals my cousin has had the same problem so I... know it?s not just me.
