I generally don?t give 5 stars out, but it?s been awhile since I had a slice of pizza this good. The thin crust is cooked to... perfection giving a fantastic mouth feel of gooey cheese, warm sauce and crispy, flaky crust. The sauce, cheese, and crust allblend perfectly without over powering the other. Best part is, I don?t feel heavy after eating it. This was my second time here,and they stuck the landing again. This is a location where you can walk in and have a conversation, wait outside, smell thedough rising, and create memories. Few food places offer that experience. Read more
My wife and I ordered two different types of pizzas and neither one was very good. The margarita pizza was missing basil and it... was greasy. The white pizza had zero garlic on it and the ricotta was overwhelming. Read more
The spinach & sausage calzone was fantastic and the apple pie calzone was great as well . Perfect lunch wasn't even able to eat... half it was so much food !! Read more
It's meh.. The pizza was swimming in grease. Take out only, but the outdoor seating is quaint. Maybe NY pizza is not my... family's thing. Salad was also very meh. Read more
Instead of repeating what Adam said, those are my feelings exactly. Way under par for what is considered NY Style in terms of... flavor and texture of pizza. You can tell the quality of a pizzeria from just ordering their cheese pizza, and as you can tellby the picture, they are on the lower side. Good for kids. We ordered a large veggie with pepperoni. It was delivered as promised. The owners are involved in our community and are... decent people. The pizza was freshly prepared with sautéed veggies in it. It was just OK. After all the local hype about howgreat it was, honestly Amici?s does not make my top 5 here in Tampa. Yes, we love pizza. We also ordered buffalo wings, againprepared in an excellent manner. Not fried to a crisp, juicy, etc... We make better buffalo sauce at home. Everything wasprepared well, delivered well, etc. they have a nice out door seating area at Park Square, but honestly, the food was not forus. Not ?bashing? the establishment, we, my family, did not care for the food. This is our opinion, I know many others carryon about there love of the menu.
