If you are like me and longed for a Chinese restaurant like ones on the East Coast, then this place is for you. I have yet to... find another Chinese, let alone Asian restaurant in the whole valley as good as here. I have no idea what the negative reviewsare all about. I have been coming here for years and I always end up feeling the same way, sad... that my food is gone! The ricenoodles are top notch. The so called creator of orange chicken, Panda Express, comes nowhere near to Rice Garden's orangechicken. Although they charge extra for the BBQ pork, it is worth every penny; it is super fatty, delicious, and everything youcould ask for and more. Ignore the haters and give this place your money. There is such a huge language barrier and they need to work on that, respectfully. I called on three different occasions because... I wanted to cater some food for an event and cannot communicate with anyone on the phone. I tried to get pricing and I tried toget serving sizes, but we could not seem to understand each other. Finally, I tried one last time and I asked if I could placean order online to which the lady began to fuss at me and all she said was, “no, no, no” and hung up the phone. When Icalled back they wouldn’t answer the phone anymore. It’s extremely frustrating and I definitely don’t understand why theywouldn’t try to mitigate the issues that the language barrier is creating and work on some better communication tactics orrequest some type of support. I ordered my meal through doordash tonight, and honestly don't waste your money.. I read reviews that weren't great, but I know... everyone options are different.. well in this case I was wrong.. lo mein was horrible, spring rolls were mushy w a weird tasteto it. I ordered from DoorDash thinking it was going to be really tasty and I ordered the 2 combo plate, Spring rolls, and the egg drop... soup. What a complete disaster. My food arrived cold, the soup was so disgusting I couldn’t eat it I had to throw it away andthe spring rolls were cold at first bite. Seemed like they don’t care about quality or tastes at all they just threweverything together and called it Chinese food. I’ve had so many Chinese food and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had inmy life and I’m sure Gordon Ramsay would’ve said the same thing and got this restaurant back in order. Ordered food through door dash and was missing around $20 worth of food from a $60+ order. Wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't... called the location 3 times and was hung up on each time whenever trying to politely explain the situation. Then upon arrivaland showing the receipt, was asked to pay again for said items that were already paid for and when I asked if they got leftbehind I was only prompted to pay.
