I feel bad for the workers, they are severely understaffed. Food is never on time and there?s always a ton of people waiting. I... waited nearly 40 minutes this last time, which 10 or so were after the workers said it was coming out. Unbelievable that thecompany who manages this chain can?t hire more people. Read more

Cashier had a bad attitude like if he didnt want to be there didnt greet customers in or anything didnt ask if i needed help he... was just looking at me like if i was wasting his time or bothering him it was just bad customer service, while i was waitingfor my pizza other customers came in happy greeting asking questions about menu and he would roll his eyes at them like if hewas mad at the fact the were asking him questions. Dont know if he was having a bad day or what but if he was maybe managershould keep him in the back nd put someone that makes customers feel welcomed! Read more

Use to come here all of the time but it has gone down hill. Called on the phone took my order said would be a 45 min wait and... she red my order back then hung up before i can give my name. 20 min later went in and said i placed an order 20 min ago on thephone. Girl said it would be 45 min. I can see if it's busy but there was no one there. With your pizza prices going up think iwill get a pizza at the store and make it for so much cheaper and not have to wait 45 min for pizza to be done. Read more

Ordered a Supreme deep dish, Hawaiian, and breadsticks this evening all were cooked really lightly, the Supreme was raw. Dough... not even close to be cooked thru.
