First time going here. I have to say out of the many Romanos there are in the country that I've been too, not sure if any are... affiliated but this one takes the cake. This one was much better. Tasted like better quality if I'm honest compared to themothers as well. Read more

My husband and I have been regular customers of Romano?s for 22 years. Unfortunately, that may change. This past weekend I... reviewed the menu online along with pricing, and called to place an order for pick up. I ordered the Xtra large steak and cheesesub listed for $15.99 online and chicken nuggets for the $9.99 online. When I spoke to the cashier, she said, ?That will be$39.99?. WHAT?! The cashier then remarked that the online prices were ?supposed to be changed?. I asked to please speak to themanager- and was told THERE IS NO MGR ONSITE. WHAT?! So, who?s running this ship? I politely told the cashier to cancel myorder. All of the menu prices listed online are incorrect? Come on, someone needs to get involved with the false advertising andlack of managerial help.
