The worker, Taylor, was extremely rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience to her. While ordering she kept asking if we were... done yet repeatedly without us being able to finish the order. When we got to the window she put her back to us while we werewaiting for food. Very rude when we asked questions about our order to make sure it was correct. Also we were surprised by howexpensive it was. We will not be returning to the Litchfield IL facility. It has only went down hill since it opened. Love the new Steak N Shakes design. The experience at this location was outstanding compared to the locations where I live.... Clean, fast, and hot food. I enjoy walking up to the counter to order my food more than the old traditional service. Read more
Great service, fast food, very little wait time, burgers, salads, milk shakes, much more Restrooms, and free wifi!!
It's definitely different since Covid, but staff was still friendly and food was still good!
