My husband, son and I just left the Ruby Tuesday's in Richfield, IL. We wanted to let Management know further that our... waitress, Kaitlyn was absolutely AWESOME!! She was very attentive and made our experience so very enjoyable. We thank her forall she did in making that happen after a long day and the 4 hour trip we have home. Good service is harder to come by thesedays and we wouldn't hesitate to stop back through when we're in this area again. Kaitlyn's Hospitality out did the food! Again, thanks much. ???? ???????? The bathroom was disgusting, you stuck to the floors when you walked in. Sink handle has a sign over it be gentle with handle.... Lmao the handle was about to fall off. Salad bar was pitiful, most everything was frozen. No blue cheese dressing. The ranchdress had been watered down. Husband order a cheeseburger medium well, it was pretty much raw. Waitress didn?t ask how thingswere, nor did she offer to refill our drinks. We had water and that was the best thing about the whole meal. Read more

Your menu says substitute a vegetarian burger any on sandwich for $2.00. I asked to buy a cheeseburger with a vegetarian burger... substitution. YOU REFUSED. You were requiring me to purchase your vegetarian burger whoch is a higher cost than the cheeseburger. Then if I wanted to add cheese it was an additional cost. If you offer substitution on any sandwich honor your menu.Otherwise you are Ripping Off your customers. Plus the additional cost is a rip off anyway A frozen hamburger at retail isaround $0.85 A frozen vegetarian burger at retail is around $0.65 Yet you charge $2.00 extra as a substitution. I am giving this restaurant a 1 star because i had to wait 30 minutes for a kids burger with nothing but cheese! They didn't... even give me an option if i wanted toppings! The grapes were brown and they were supposed to be green! I am traumatized becausei went into the toilet and the gap between the door and the wall was so big i could see a lady putting a tampon in! Steak was excellent... Far better than I expected! Waitress got a bit confused over who got what as our table and the one next... to ours got similar meals at the exact same time. Otherwise, everyone was happy with their food. Drink refills were a littleslow due to staffing issues. Read more

Food tasted good but for $18 and you get salad size shrimp pieces and zucchini medallions not slices. There was more white space... on the plate than food. Tried it a second time here and won?t be back. I do have to say even the waitress, who was very kind,stated there were issues with the zucchini they received on the truck. The host was nice as well. Just not impressed with thecost of the food for what you get either time we've been. Read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. My boyfriend and I just ate at Ruby Tuesday?s. He was supposed to get a Medium done... steak, and it looks more like a pork chop. The pictures don?t even do it justice. It looked gray. He also had a baked potatothat was so burnt and dry the cheddar cheese and bacon bits could not take the dry taste away. We immediately lost ourappetites. The salad bar was okay, but lots of the spinach was wilting or slimy looking. Then, some of the waitresses were veryunprofessional. One of them stated over and over that they were, ?done with this shit?, and told the other waitress to asksomeone else to wait on us customers. There were also two tables next to us that had not been cleaned off the whole time we werethere, which was about 40 minutes. We didn?t bother sending the food back because we figured it would be worse with how thestate of this restaurant, and how burnt out these waitresses were. 10/10 WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Rob the Host / Manager was a gentleman and he took great care of us. Janice was a wonderful server who was very attentive for... our needs. Food was hot and delicious. The men's room needed some help. The stall would not close nor lock. The toiletneeded replacement. That's what changed from 5 star to 4 star. Read more
