This is the worst experience I've ever had going to their drive throuthey're drive-through I order a 16 piece meal with 4... sides.. They have no biscuits of course because they still have not got the oven fixed! I order 2 mashed potatoes and 2 macaroniand cheese for my sides I get 33 little 1 person containers of coast law Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes ridiculous I orderedOriginal recipe and I got crispy. And then to top it off I live out of town and when I try to call to tell them about theirmistakes it's an answering machine that says please leave A message. I will never go back there! Read more

RAW CHICKEN AND RUDE SERVICE! Worst experience I have ever had at a local establishment. It began with a rude individual, which... I learned later was Austin, who kept cutting us off and talking slowly to us as if we were inept. We did not finish the order.Received old cold fries. No dipping sauce. Incorrect chicken tenders. And to top it off, Cold RAW chicken sandwich. Thankfully,we cut it in half prior to eating it. They seriously need to look into the poor management of this location before someone getsseriously sick. Stopped by at 8pm. Sign on door says dining room closes at 9pm. Doors were locked. Tried calling, no one answered. Tried to walk... through drive thru, waited 5 minutes, no on acknowledged I was there. So I went next door where the dining room was open. Read more

Haven't had biscuits since before June, apparently an oven is down and they are to lazy to call service and have it fixed, don't... have half the menu items, have ordered from the website for in store pick up twice, each time took over 40 minutes. In June Ihad my son in Litchfield hospital and had to wait for an hour for our food we ordered when it was supposed to be the rapid pickup, because they apparently lost our tickets. Didn't give plastic ware or anything after asking for it, received cookies insteadof biscuits, and wasnt told. They need shut down completely, there's no point in them being open, trash service and food, 0/10DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Read more

Was here several times giving them another chance, one week they served rolls which is great if you have no biscuits but why so... long on fixing your oven and soda machine never in operation, Food was good but service is awful will not be back and tellingothers to do the same until you change somethings. Maybe new management is required at this time. Read more

Just go somewhere else. There?s a sign up that says, our oven is broken and we have no pot pies or biscuits. So I order one 3... piece chicken strips meal and one chicken breast meal. They are also out of Chicken breasts. I should have left. I order asecond 3 piece chicken strip meal. With honey mustard and ranch, they are out of ranch. Blue cheese? They are out of it. Sigh, really??? They have KFC sauce, I asked what it is, he says chicken sauce. Ok, so I don?t like KFC sauce. It is 1.50more and you don?t get the biscuit or cookie. Paid $15.78. They didn?t bring our Diet Pepsi?s, finally I just left because thefood was getting cold. A couple in the dining room was trying to get their money back because they ordered before the people infront of me and still didn?t get their food. Let's see where do we start. First I called to see if their lobby was open. Was told it was not. No big deal right? Wrong. I... ordered thru door dash for pickup as I am a truck driver and don't have a car to go thru the drive thru. I get to the store tofind out in fact the lobby was open and I was lied to. Second and last because this KCF isn't worth my time. I asked for nosauce it even says it on the receipt and they in fact gave me every sauce they had. This I didn't realize till I got back to mytruck. So congratulations you just wasted all that money on the sauce you bought that got thrown away. Customer service is ajoke. The food was absolutely horrible cold and not fresh. Will never be back here. Read more

If I could leave a zero I would. 1. Store closes at 9 p.m. at 7:53 p.m. lights were off outside. Went through drive-thru was... informed they didn't have any chicken at all, only chicken tenders, didn't have coffee or any tea. When asked why, was informed"because we close at 9". 2. Asked to speak to a manager, a maybe 17 year old came to the window, said his name was David,except the girl working called him Drew. Asked what the deal was, told us it was corporate policy. 3. Asked for generalmanagers name or district managers name and or phone number, was told they weren't allowed to give us that information. 4. Ordered 5 strip meal, and an extra medium mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders and French fries were ice cold, chewy andabsolutely disgusting. The mashed potatoes had easily sat there since probably noon, they were horrible. 5. Worst customerservice I have seen in a very long time, very disappointing. 6. We won't be back. 7. Neither employee had name tags on,asked them why, said it was their choice to wear them. Read more
