Ordered a large pizza with sausage and there was about two tiny pieces of sausages on the whole pizza. Tried calling them... several times but the automated system computer voice kept trying to get me to the manager and no one picked. So I drove overthere and used more gas, requesting a replacement. Only having them say I could not have a new pizza without returning the oldone. We ate the pizza. They lost a couple of customers for life. Read more
They seem to be the only food service in Litchfield that is able to staff their business after 9 pm. They must know the secret... to hiring and keeping a very limited supply of job seekers. We love 15 minutes from this dominos. We placed an order for a party and had ordered 12 sauces. My husband went to pick up and... once he arrived home we realized they didn?t give us the sauces. We called dominos and they said to just come get them. Afterexplaining it was 15 minutes one way they said they would just credit us for next time. They refused to refund us close to 10.00for something they didn?t provide. For a company whose marketing is based on ?making things right? litchfield dominos suredoesn?t seem to follow. Read more

Good food. Fast service. People complain about this place and say ?oh they made my food with no gloves on?. I hope you realize... almost every pizza place does it. It?s normal. Get over it. I recommend this place. Read more

Gotta say, quality of this place has gone downhill since Pizza Hut left. I guess less competition breeds lower effort. I put... an order in online since it said 27 minutes which is reasonable enough. 50 minutes later I called because the tracker hadn'tmoved and was informed it would be an additional 45 minutes.
