Went to order from this Casey's on union street tonight, and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude! They... answered the phone "Casey's" no thank you for calling, no how may I help you, nothing. I thought the call got cut off, so Iasked "hello? Are you there?" And they were really snippy with me saying "yes, what do you want?" I then proceeded to orderthree specialty pizzas which is what our family and friends who are coming over ordered. When I said the order, she said"really? Are you serious? Really?" To which I said yes... Then I said "you know what? I'll just call the other Casey's in town."And she said "okay" and then hung up on me .. I used to be a first assistant manager for anotherI store.If I EVER heard anemployee talking to a customer like that, they'd be sidelined, sent home upon my calling the manager to get approval, and themanager would deal with them from there...
