This has to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons locations I've been to. 1 person working the front counter with at least 4 working... the drive-thru. Unfortunately this is one of the only Tim's on my route so if I want a coffee I don't have much of a choice. Itdoesn't matter if the store is busy or completely dead it takes at least 5-10 minutes to get my order. Read more
Employees were discombobulated, they had 5 or 6 at drive through arguing which one would take the front with a big lineup. In my... opinion there should be 2 at drive through and the rest at the front... nowadays it takes too long in a drive through and notgood for the environment. So I go in and it's always the same thing, way too many at drive through and no one at the front.Disappointing in my opinion. If it takes more than 20 seconds in a drive though, then our convenience is trumping what's bestfor our environment. All too common in today's business and life styles. Read more
Slow as hell and they messed up our order. Only 3 people in front of us inside the store and it still took about 15 min to get... served. Messed up our breakfast sandwich order and then just threw the hash browns into the bag without sleeves. Do notrecommend Read more
Busy - as a popular franchise should be. Clean, warm and cozy in the winter. Light and airy in the summer. Terrific food, coffee... and tea were of the absolutely best. Nice, friendly staff. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would, I wait in coffee everytime I go no matter which location for 15+ mins, whether it be... at 10am, 2pm, 9pm, or 2 cars to 10 cars you wait forever. Nobody talks to you, or tells you the price, have a nice day nothing.Retrain your staff on customer service. Read more

Visit on May 25, 2019 : Convenient location near the intersection of Main Street & Mitchell Road (Count Roads 86 and 23). Would... suggest that should this location be overly busy, you may be well served, if heading that way, to hit the location of WallaceAve (County 23) on the North Side of Town which is not far removed from this location. Same decent quality of beverages andnibbles one may expect from any other Tim Horton locations. Staff are great. Read more
