Unfortunately we did not have the best experience this time around. The service was sub par. My husband's fries were raw and his... meal was missing key ingredients. The server didn't seem to care much that day I guess and even my meal that I always order thesame thing was different. It seemed like maybe there was a different cook or something. I will give them another chance becauseit's usually very good there and that's why we keep coming back but hopefully we get the other waitress next time. Lol Read more
Food was okay. However the seating for 2 was only ideal for small children. We went for breakfast. The server took the menus... from a table and immediately put on my table. Not sanitized. Got coffee. Then our food came. Never asked if we wanted morecoffee or anything else. There was no one asking how our meal was and never was offered a top up for coffee. Me and my husband went for a breakfast. First off all, they treated us differently because we were brown. Some things can be... obvious, after all we can see. It was very very obvious because they didn't even smile at us and gave us a weird look. But theydid smile at other customers. I don't eat meat so wanted fries as substitute. Their order taker took the order without tellingthat substitute is not allowed. If your staff doesn't read the terms and conditions, its not the customers fault.
