I love the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Great service good food.
I used to work at a Dunkin' donuts, and I know the chemical that they use to spray the oven... You're supposed to spray it, wipe... the oven down, and then burn the rest off... They typically do this at night. Also when you cook something, you're supposed toput it in a little tray in the oven... There is a stone slab in the oven, So if you put something directly on the slab it willburn. There's also settings on the oven... The very first setting is bagel, which will essentially burn anything else... I justordered the sandwich from there, and it tasted of the chemical. That will kill a person. Ingesting oven cleaner. Not only that,but I could tell that they put the sourdough bread straight on the slab, which is probably why it tastes of the chemical. Theyalso most almost likely didn't burn it off at night, before cooking the next morning. They also most likely didn't wipe it andjust sprayed inside the oven. This could have killed me to eat this sandwich. Also this phone number doesn't work. So you caneven call them to let the manager know. Read more
Extremely disappointed Order donuts via Dunkin app. Upon arrival they didn?t have my product. Asked for a refund since items... were already paid. They said they couldn?t refund my money since I didn?t pay the restaurant. Read more
This location is terrible. Every time I order, my order is made incorrectly. Ordered mobile pickup this morning and then arrived... and waited while they looked for the order to begin making it. The point of a mobile order is that it is ready and waiting foryou. That they tried giving me half my order and sending me on my way and I had to ask for the missing items is nuts. The orderwas made incorrectly. This location needs new ownership that understands how to run a Dunkin. Corporate needs to take over. Read more
I actually like this location. Much better than the location on Ogden, near the post office. Here the customer service has been... great each time I have visited and when I order munchkins I oftentimes get more than what I ordered :) Read more
Horrible Dunkin in a great location. They are such a disservice to the brand. The gave me two mini bagels instead of three, then... they had the nerve to give me ones that seemed like yesterday?s batch! They were dry and hard and looked reheated. I amappalled! They never have a good stock of donuts and they don?t even offer a receipt! Read more
This place is terrible, look at these two everything bagels one has no toppings and the other one is burnt to a crisp, these... were purchased on two separate occasions. Avoid this store at all costs, not only are they rude they can't make food properly. Read more
Rude service and language barrier. They can?t understand the order and messed it up 3 times in a row. Not worth hassle and... money, goodbye dunkin. Also, the food is stale. I am going to contact the state. This establishment is clearly not followinghealthy and safety protocols based off reviews and personal experience. Read more
