This is my neighborhoods DD,. I LOVE their (Hot)Coffee I Visit often,perhaps 'monthy?' & EVERYTiME I order I HAVE TO ALWAYS ASK... FOR a NAPKiN!!?!... no matter what I order. I Think whenever a CUSTOMER orders anything to EAT OR DRINK, the establishmentSHoULD AUTOMATiCally GIVE the Customer a napkin. Read more
I've been here twice (drive thru) since I moved to the neighborhood and the first time they said they were out of all donuts.... Just tried again and they only had maple or old fashioned. The refreshers also taste horrible. Read more
The store is old but employees are friendly and they do their best
I asked for a lemonade with popping bubbles then I double checked when he was handing me the drink and he straight-up said they... were in there. we talked about how I couldn't see them because there was milk in there (which isn't even the drink I had orderedbut I was so thirsty at that point I didn't care) and he said they were in there. A tail of two Dunkins. A half mile west on Ogden there is a Dunkin that always has a huge drive thru line. And this Dunkin?... does not. Why would that be? Why would someone wait? Well because this Dunkin messes up orders and seemingly can?t put adonut in a bag. (See picture. And yes the frosting all came off with the paper) It?s not a one off thing. Paid over $6 for medium iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Seems high considering I pay under $5 at the DD down the road... in Naperville. Also wondering now if they put sugar in the coffee or if it is syrup. Also there was barley any cream cheese onthe bagel definitely never stopping here again! Read more
Wanted this to work because of my route to work but I can't settle anymore. The picture is supposed to be a iced macchiato but... it's all mixed together and tastes like there's no espresso. No customer service skills. Poorly trained by the manager. Read more
