Slow drive-thru. Orders are consistently incorrect. You'll repeat what you want over the speaker and they'll confirm it but... something will still be wrong. No drink ever tastes same. Sometimes it's blended all the way, other times it's too blended, ornot enough, etc. Read more
Great customer service. Staff was friendly and had smiles. Coffee was hot and fresh. Ordered a Hot Nutty Pumpkin Coffee. It was... not to sweet and not too bitter. Really good. Read more

I went in for an iced coffee I usually get when I go to Dunkin. When I looked at the sticker on the cup it was completely wrong.... I asked the man working the drive thru if it was what I ordered and not what was on the sticker. He said yeah.. I go to taste itand it was TERRIBLE. Really bitter. I go in and ask for a refund. He says I have to go back in the drive thru. What is thedifference the register is right there and you have no customers in the drive thru. Do not go to locally owned they are cheap.And will let the coffee sit all day to save a few pennies. Read more
Normally a huge fan of Dunkin' but we had a terrible experience this time. Food order was incorrect, ordered 12 doughnut holes... and received 4 random doughnuts. Both breakfast sandwiches were overcooked, we only had a couple bites of each and left hungry. Coffee was the only thing that was correct and tasted good. Read more

Poor service, slow and unreliable. Orders often wrong, but those that are right usually taste weird compared to other Dunkin's.... You can't count on things being blended properly. Would not recommend. Read more
