Super under staff. Slow! Nothing was clean dishes looked like my kid washed them! This place is not the same place we have been... coming to for years it really is taking a turn for the worse! They need help more staff! Way nicer staff. Young kinds in thephone not helping! My whole order was wrong from the start to the end! Please help this once amazing family restaurant! ASAP! Read more

Got the chicken parm mac and cheese. I've never been to a Ruby Tuesday. I'd go back. Even if just for the salad bar !! The... drinks were of course enjoyable as well once I got over the fact there was an eyeball in my drink!!! ???? jk obviously :) thechicken was more rubbery and chewy than I would if liked but was good enough. I also knocked a point because I didn't enjoysauce in the Mac and cheese. I'm sure some people don't mind it but my taste buds were not crazy for it. I did however enjoy theMac n cheese. I have to say our server Mark was awesome! He did a great job and this review is no reflection of his service, he was tipped... well for going above and beyond. Possibly the worst food I've ever gotten from a Ruby Tuesday. Take a look at the attachedphotos, those were nowhere near the "buttermilk battered" chicken tenders in the pictures on the menu. I could have gone downthe road to the "Mc" place and gotten better for less. My wife's "tocodilla" things were burnt yet cold in the middle. Perhaps asupply chain substitution, but not even close and hopefully not up to Tuesday's standards. Tuesday's, you lost customers tonightfor good. If there's substitutions, be open and honest. If that was truly your chicken strips, fix your menu photo and fix theprice, $13.99 for those is craziness. Read more

This was our go to place during Covid every Friday. The last 2 times were disappointing. However this last time was the worst.... My husband went to grab carry out and was asked to wait because my steak wasn?t ready. No problem. He comes home with our orderand his was good. But my steak was cold , overdone and grisly. I did not get one of my sides. My steak is now dog food and Isplit my husband?s dinner. I recommend that no one gives it a second chance or even a first time. If I could give this new general manager (Marlina) zero stars I would. I honestly believe she is running this place into the... ground. Many people including myself only come in because of the girls that work there NOT THE FOOD. However, they are allleaving now (or getting wrongfully terminated) because of the toxic general manager. Considering how a good percentage of thestaff sit there on their phones not caring about being professional. It?s truly a shame how she is letting the great servers go.Honestly it?s just heartbreaking. Can?t wait to visit these great girls at their new restaurants. Read more

The Salad Bar here is okay and it's the reason why we come here. They had burnt my burger and I sent it back and they gave me a... better one which is posted down below. It was okay. I usually don't give bad reviews but along with the burnt burger it was alsovery filthy inside. A lot of the salad plates were not washed well and had food residue on them. Just like most of the newerreviews say, this place has changed a lot since covid. They need new management. Read more

The hostesses and waitresses are so friendly every time I go there. I used to always get a chicken or shrimp dish with penne,... broccoli, and a creamy cheesy sauce and the great salad bar, of course. But, in the past few years, I've discovered that I lovetheir ribs! The dry rub is very full of spices, making it full of flavor, but not a "hot" spice. My favorite side dish is thegrilled zucchini. Not a side offered at many restaurants. Oh, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the yummy, fruity, tallcocktails that are usually not too stingy with the alcohol. I had 1 complaint this time. Only one, but it's a biggie for me. Thesalad bar wasn't full, actually was almost empty, on a few items. Also, not even near it's usual pristine self. There were only5 or 6 other tables being served at the time. Read more
