My daughter and I came to grab some ice cream, we waited ten minutes for our order very politely. Three of the workers tended to... another customer with a dog. Then I had to remind them of our order. Not one washed their hands and of course there was dog hairin my daughters ice cream. Just unacceptable, they caught an attitude with her because she didn?t want anything else. I?vealways supported locally but not from Richmans anymore . Read more

While the ice cream is delicious, it is a bit pricey in comparison to the days of The Dairy King. But, with the higher prices... comes bigger portions. Everything you get there is huge, which makes up for the higher prices. The service is good, just not theold mom and pop shop family feeling where the owner remembers your favorite treat from when you were a little girl. But overall, it's a cute little ice cream shop with ALOT to choose from. There is something for everyone. Read more
