Worst Wendy's experience I've had. Got the crispy chicken sandwich. You can tell it was heated in the microwave. No flavor,... soggy, just wasn't worth the money. Employees are rude, no greetings, no thank you?s. They instead talk in cell phones complaining about work. Rude when asked a... question. Machines down but they don?t tell you until after paying. Sad. Guess they don?t want to stay in business. Read more

Took incredibly long to be helped to place my order amd even longer after payment was taken. Ordered 2 meals but only got 1... french fries. Asked for no bun for an allergy but didn't get the bacon. Had to flag down to ask for the straws. Frosty machinewas broken. Employee was more concerned with their phone than working. Read more

So on a road trip and we stop in here and order some food. Bag was on the counter within 5 minutes and the girl starts looking... at us like why aren?t we leaving and then asks if that?s it. So we look in the bag and it?s all in there already. They got somedamn magicians working in here. Back home that?s a minimum 15 minute wait and the orders usually wrong. Super fast and on point. Just your old fashioned Wendy's, which hasn't been remodelled to the new look. So sports a bit drab worn out look. Just think of... it as Wendy's of yesteryear. Service is signature Wendy's slow. (Sometimes a remodel comes with faster service, but this is theslow service you know and hate.) Employees do spent their time playing with their phones, so one wonders about crosscontamination a bit. Awful. Do not go to this Wendy?s. Wait at drive through was over 10 minutes. Rude workers. Out of multiple items. Cold fries... that taste like burnt oil.
