Stopped here before our hotel after an hour drive and was surprised I had to break my neck and stare at the top of a wall to see... the menu. Asked if I could remove a few ingredients from the pizza melt and was greeted with an attitude where it would be aninconvenience for them. The customer service there is HORRIBLE.. They so called "team lead" or "manager" got an attitude because I asked for a condiment... on the side. The boy/girl cashier mumbled under his breathe that he would fix my soup how he felt like it. I kindly walked upand asked what he said just to make sure I heard him right, and he got GHETTO LOUD.. Hair NOT IN a cap or net, unkept shoes andclothing wasn't clean, and this is how you want to represent your restaurant? Find new employees, they are the face of yourcompany.. Read more
I'm sure it's not the company's fault they have extremely rude and disgruntled people working at this location. But they might... want to look into it....take a look and who is working their shift this exact time of day. They made everyone ordering feel likeit was an inconvenience. Disappointed! I ordered a sub (Italian) and soup. It barely had any meat on it. I've reached out to them... no response.
Website wasn't working for me to order online. So we go there and ask for the grad pack "i think is what it's called" of 10... sandwiches. The employees look hesitant and go ask somebody in the back if they can make 10 sandwiches. The employee which Iassume is the manager says no im sorry we can't do catering right now because if customers come we can't make them wait. Am Inot a paying customer? Delicious food! I got the skinny chicken club & powerhouse half-salad for $10. Service was quick and not too busy. Customer... Service was direct and to the point. I would recommend moving the menu closer to eye level as it took me a bit to find it. Read more
I stopped by here to get food for my trip to the airport. I will be on the plane for the next several hours and decided I wanted... a sandwich to take with me. This location has proven to be a five-star for food and service for me, again. I stopped by herewith my kids and we enjoyed a few of the regular sandwiches. The workers were friendly and the food was as expected. Read more
A good bit better than your average sub shop. Not a huge menu, but what's there they seem to do very well. And the staff were... friendly and helpful which is not always easy to find these days. Can't guarantee I'll make it back there often as I was onlydown in that area for an airport drop-off, but definitely would go back. Read more
