Panera is always good. This spot was between a work site and my hotel. I ate here 4 times in a week. The food was always solid... and my order was always right. Extremely busy during lunch hour. I buy lunch from this location so frequently that my co-workers say I should own stock in Panera. The sad part is that items... have been missing from my order, like they don't give me my chips/cookies/ or an ingredient is missing from the sandwich or noutensils. It's like they give me what they want. Yesterday, I called to speak with a manager; surprisingly, they answered thephone. The person put me on hold, and a few moments later, they hung up the phone. I was calling to let the manager know Ididn't get my chips and not even be mean about it. I spend about 20.00 a day on lunch at this location, but I'm done. It's notokay to mess up a customer's order regardless of the amount, and yes, I tipped; I also paid a convenience fee and delivery fee,which explains why I was paying 20.00 for a pick two & a cookie. Every time I order from this location somethings wrong and they put the food together with literallt no care. Got a smoke house... BBQ sandwich with extra BBQ and when I got my sandwich it was basically just chicken on bread. No crunchy onions, cheese, barelyany sauce and hardly any meat on the sandwich. For as much as the sandwiches cost this is insane... I once ordered a broccoliMac and cheese and got a cup of cheese not even all the way melted and only had 5 noodles in it. Read more
not a regular of panera but will be after this visit. had been craving lobster roll and unexpectedly found them here. very good,... a lot of lobster for a reasonable price (for lobster rolls, about $22 at time of posting). the charged lemonade was a bit tooacidic for my liking, but there were plenty of other drink options. highly recommend Read more
Food was hot and fresh, sad part was we waited 36 minutes for it. Not sure if it was short staffed or they just over looked our... order. Once I told the server in the back, she made it right away. This location is less then a mile to me. Love that theLocation is convenient. Read more
Always a great place to hang. Clean. Quality. Expansive menu. WiFi. Fireplace! Good music. Even if relaxing pop. ... Easy access to airport and Thruway. Minimal traffic in area. Feels safe and almost rural. Staff is very helpful. Don'twant to leave but flight home is coming up. Read more
