Yesterday was the first time I got McDonald's in a long time and I was very disappointed fries were freezing I ordered two apple... pies but only got one but was charged for two!!! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal with only mayo ketchup lettuce andpickles and they ended up over packing my sandwich with way to much sauce only put one pickle on it there was NO lettuce.......plus you could taste the tomatoes they picked off then I ordered my son a vanilla cone adult size cause he 15 & the guy who ishanding out the food isn't one wearing no gloves which was gross cause some ice cream got on his hand and he surely just keptearth it instead of wash his hand Read more

Bus trip stopped 4 dinner. McDonald's use to offer salads and a veggie burger. No more. Ended with small fries n milkshake. ... This is one reason health insurance is so expensive. You are what u eat. It's terrible a large chain doesn't offer healthyalternatives. Read more
There were many things that were done wrong in my order. The food was cold they forgot to put cheese on a cheeseburger. Also the... coffee was wrong. Down below you can see the order number, direction of the McDonald so you know it?s as accurate as possible.The second picture you can see I ordered a coffee with 10 cream. In the next picture you can see that the coffee is black whichdefinitely doesn?t have any cream in it. The fries were missing so I went back and got them soggy. NO STARS AT ALL. YOU OWE ME A STAR FOR BEING SO PATIENT. Horrible. I was the 2nd person in line at the drive thru. Took them... about 15 minutes to acknowledge me and take my order. It was 2 ice tea, coke and a cup of water. Electricity flashed out for abrief second and came right back on. When they told me it would be awhile could they get me anything, I said yes, a cup of icewater to the young lady at the money window. About 5 minutes later, a ginger hair colored young white man came and asked me thesame question. He told me the machines weren't working but they had ice however because water isn't directly shipped in byMcDonald's so he couldn't help me. He refused to give me a cup of ice water. I never got my water from McDonald's. This is theMcDonald's on 717 Nursey Road, Linthicum Herights, MD across from KFC. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I felt like Iwas feeling ill and needed the water. I went to KFC. They were only too happy to assist me. Learn from KFC McDonald's. Yourcustomer service sucks! Read more
Raw meat and heavily over salted fries meaning no dinner for me tonight i get its late but this is unacceptable i never complain... as i work in fast food also but this is ridiculous i should never take a bite out of a burger and see pink i even broke it apartand separated ot to make sure it wasn't ketchup this is dangerous Read more
