ORDERED LUNCH THROUGH THE SITE AT 1:02 - SAID IT'D BE READY 1:06. WASN'T READY UNTIL 1:30. ORDERED (1) 3PC (2) BREASTS (1)... WING, COLE SLAW, MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY AND A TENDER MEAL. THE FRIED CHICKEN HAD SOGGY SKIN. GROSS. THE BISCUIT WAS THESIZE OF A DOLLAR PIECE AND THE TENDERS SO SKINNY THEY COULD PASS FOR FRIES AND THEY WERE BURNT. GET IT TOGETHER. THIS ISREDICULOUS. Very ghetto place. The manager there had an attitude with me for no reason. Told me I was wrong but my reciept showed I was... right. She treated me very poorly. After having to go back 3 times , I lost my appetite after she made me cry while leaving thestore the 3rd time. I just wanted a refund and she hid in the back of the store making me wait for 30 mins for a refund. Finallyshe asked what I want. I said nicely I just want a refund. She said she can?t give me a refund because I made a complaintyesterday (which I did not whatsoever). I never got my refund or my food. Read more
Ordered a 5 pc tender meal, didn't realize until I got home I wasn't asked what side I wanted, I got some dirty, burnt looking... fries, and the tenders are the darkest tenders I've ever gotten from a KFC, so clearly they don't change their grease often. I pulled up at 9:20 pm and asked for a chicken sandwich combo. I was told ?we?re out of patties for the nice cuz we close soon?.... I looked up the location and they close at 10:30. I understand you close in a little over an hour, but that doesn?t mean youshould limit your menu as well as make your guests feel unwelcome. Haven't been to KFC in a decade, but the teller at the drive thru was helpful, even tho 5 bbq wings didn't feel me up but I... really want for the potatoes wedges which I didn't know they don't have anymore... but the season fries was good too.... I'll goback for the BBQ wings Read more

I will never go back, management clearly doesn't care and it reflects. Went through the drive through, waited 15minutes in the... drive through just for the employee to tell me I need to come inside. I come inside, wait another 10 minutes and anotheremployee makes eye contact with me and rudely says "not yet" and sticks his hand up. After 10more minutes someone finally comesup and asks "what do you want". Food was adequate at least, once I finally got it after waiting a total of 40minutes at a socalled "fast food restaurant".
