It never ceases to amaze me how poorly the appearance of the food is. It may not be a great place to work, but one should still... take some pride in putting a Fish Filet together. You should not have to rebuild your sandwich before you eat it. Read more

I've visited about 4 times. 3 times I've went through the drive through and the Fries ???? have always been fresh and hot.... Thx.. however last week I decided to eat in and dunk my Fries and burger in ketchup ???? however the ketchup dispenser gaveme what I consider water downed Heinz Ketchup!!! I understand they look like they were short staffed but Ihad waited line 20 minutes to get my food and then when I got it it... wasn't correct and because they had the doors locked, I got out of my car and walked back around to the drive up window to getwhat they missed putting in my bag even though we talked about my order as she handed it out going through each item. And thenwhen I did get the stuff that was missed in my bag she didn't say she was sorry, she seemed like she was frustrated that Iactually came back for it. It was very disheartening. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 7:30 am on Thursday morning. Only a couple cars in line. Customer service was not the greatest.... Messed up my breakfast sandwich, of course I didn't notice until I was already on the highway and didn't have time to turnaround and go back. I asked specifically for an egg and cheese biscuit, substitute for an egg round. What I got was a sausageand egg biscuit, substitute for egg round. Read more
