Probably the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. Went through the drive thru. One other car in front of us and no one... else in the parking lot. Usually get a basket of of Fries. This McDonald's doesn't have baskets, ok order a large a coupleburgers, soda and and ice cream cone. Ice cream machine doesn't work. Pull around to pay and wait nearly 10 min for the windowto open. I can see the employee standing at the till but still we wait. Finally another employee comes to take our payment, butinstead of speaking to the customers, she talks to the other employee while she runs the cards. Hands out the card and receiptand the window closes. Pull up to second window, get handed a bag and the drink, window shuts and employee walks away. Open thefood bag to find burgers smushed, half off the bun and one of them only half wrapped. Usually don?t have too many issues with this place. However it is often that the staff continuously ask you to repeat yourself... no matter how clearly you speak. Today we ordered food and they seemed very rushed and disorganized. I ordered a deluxe crispychicken sandwich and got a sandwich with 2 pickles on it. The rest of the order was correct so I don?t think it was for someoneelse. I just don?t understand how things get so messed up. Read more
Gavin. Was total jerk!!! If he was a manager you all need to rethink your peoples postions! No ice in the drink stations, ask... for some at desk and he said yeah we don't have back here! We told him that the drink station didn't have any either he justthrew the empty cup. Very rude!! Read more
