Horrible customer service and wait times. I?ve been in the drive through line at the window for the past 10 minutes. No one has... come to the window to say there is a wait time even though I placed my order already and am still currently sitting in thedrive through waiting as I type this. This isn't the first time, or second time! You guys really need to hire better staff andtrain better! There aren?t many food options in Lindsay especially with drive-through your business should be providing the bestservice to attract the customers, but who will want to go there when you have to wait ridiculous wait times. I don?t normally eat this type of fast food but I was from out of town and it was on my way home. The drive threw lady was very... kind and efficient. I ordered the chicken strips. It was really delicious lots of meat and good flavour. I also liked thebiscuit which I didn?t know I was getting with my meal. The portion was very large and fresh. I would recommend. Read more

Went for supper tonight at Popeyes. We walked in to order and the first red flag I saw was a cook leaving the restroom with his... apron on. This is a no-no in the foodservice industry. Not sanitary. The second issue we had was what seemed to be the"manager". He believed that it was appropriate to discipline a coworker in front of us. She was very embarrassed. He must runthe restaurant this way because he continued to discipline another employee in the same belittling manner. It was quiteupsetting. When he left, we encouraged the two female employees for their efforts. The food was good, but the experience left abad taste in our mouth. Read more

Probably one of the most positive customer oriented fast food locations I've ever seen. A few months back we were in the... drive-through here. It was taking a bit longer, but that's often the case with chicken places. When we got up to the window theyapologized and offered us all free drinks. A few weeks back we ordered via skip the dishes. We had a large order of over $70 forour family of 5. The order that arrived was a single small meal. We talked to the driver to advise the order was wrong. Had togo through Skip the Dishes who had no other offer but to cancel the order and re-order another one. With 3 hungry young kidsthat was not an option and Skip the Dishes would offer no other solution. The driver let the Popeyes know and 20 min later therewas a knock on our door with the original full $70+ order (just cooked) brought to us no charge. Mistakes happen. literally waited a half hour for 12 chicken tenders that costed $37 with a side of no joke 6 small onion rings. also mentioning... the fact that every piece of chicken i was given, was clearly uncooked and very pink. don?t recommend this place even theslightest. Read more

If I could leave half a star, I would. Ordered 2 meals with white meat and one came all dark. Had it corrected with a large... spicy breast piece. This didn?t smell right and was actually spoiled. Like left in the sun all day spoiled - then cooked. Howsomeone wouldn?t know being close up is beyond me. While we did get a full refund - the very least I?d expect - I?ll never,ever eat Popeyes again after this. Absolutely horrendous. By far the worst experience at any fast food chain. Read more

So I used the app they advertise. I was 10 minutes away. I arrived in the drivethru line . Once I got to the speaker which was... not working. When finally got to the window to be told they hadn?t even started cooking my chicken nuggets. A total of 20minssince I placed my order on the app. I had asked for a refund but was told no one was available to issue a refund. I said wellI?ll come inside to wait for my food since they told me it would only be 5min. After 20 min I went ti the counter. They hadcompletely forgotten about me. What a joke. Emailed corporate one to be send a generic email back telling the manager of therestaurant will reach out. It?s been over a week now and no response. This place is a joke. Read more

While the staff was nice and helpful, my chicken sandwich (which they got right other than the pickles and no mayo) was... extremely salty. I don't eat a lot of salt in my diet anymore. Today was the second time in 2 weeks and both times my sandwichwas too salty and I couldn't finish it. At all. Which is sad because I do like their food. I guess I will have to either trysomething else or eat elsewhere... Read more
