The pan pizza's at this location use entirely too much oil/grease in the pan instead of the normal fried dough texture you get a... soggy kind of slice and it's hard to eat much more than a piece or two, not because you're full but because it's so saturated infats you'll start to feel gross. 4 cashiers trying to show most important stuffs. Customers aren't greeted promptly. Missed my 2 cans of root beers. Told me... that the complete order was packaged. Got my destination to find missing drinks. Disappointed if the pizza wasn't great. Greatpizza overall. Honestly, this establishment used to be very good. Lately I?ve found the pizza has hardly any cheese (even when I order extra)... the box comes soggy and wet they send the wrong dressing for their salad and staff is very rude! My delivery order had itemsmissing when I called they said they would add it to my account for next time?. That was a joke they aren?t able to give creditout like that. More and more disappointments each time I order. This time, my large pizza hardly had the extras I ordered, certainly wasn't... well done like I asked, the $5 med I ordered, got burnt while I stood there waiting, had to wait for another. If I could give them a 0 star after tonight's experience I would. Last time I ordered my pizza was missing the cheese. Placed my... order sat on hold for almost 20 minutes to be told with attitude that they would not deliver to my house because "they were toobusy" and "they don't deliver here". I find it funny you can't deliver to a location that is 10 minutes away..thanks for thegreat service tonight. We will not be returning. Read more
If my order is ever right(it never is), but they will fix it, it's not the restaurants fault, it's the call center. If I talk to... the restaurant itself, they are extremely kind and great at what they do. Thank you to the workers at pizza hut. Deliverydrivers, not so much, never has change, won't go get change, and makes a huge deal out of it. Need to get delivery drivers thatlike their jobs, and DON'T expect a tip. All they do is deliver the food, all the work is done by the hard working employees inthe restaurant. Read more
Pizza Hut pizza is my favourite of the chains so my review is ,perhaps, a little biased. This restaurant has a buffet from... 11am-2pm and on Monday and Tuesday 4pm-8pm. Buffett includes a variety of pizzas, pasta, and salad. Free refills for sodas. 2people for the buffet and 2 bottomless drinks including taxes is $30. Now, if you've never tried the dessert pizza, AKA cherryor Apple, because it looks terrifying that somebody would put dessert toppings on a pizza crust don't be afraid. I give it apass. I have tried it and it is delicious. So if you're afraid take the plunge. We had a cute female waitress serving us and shewas very friendly and professional. Most of the staff are very young and with all the horsing around in the back and theswearing amongst themselves could be overheard easily in the dining room. I feel some people may be disturbed by the way theyact after all they're all in their 20s and I doubt this is going to be their lifetime career. That is why they lost a star. Theykept up with the pizzas so there is always 6 pizzas out there with lots of different choices. The salad bar was a little lackingbecause it was just romaine lettuce with bits of tomato croutons and grated Parmesan. The salad dressings were Italian ranch andCaesar. What happened to Thousand Island? All in all for two people to dine with bottomless drinks $30 for all-you-can-eat ispretty good. The restrooms are very clean and the restaurant is very clean.
