The chicken is certainly small compared to other chains and KFC stores. It was tasty but a tad overdone. We got the festive... dinner and it was 40 bucks. No fries were put in the order. Will be calling in and requesting fries next time as we live 35minutes away? annoying! Read more
Worse service I have ever experienced! It took 15 minutes to get the 3 sides I ordered. Only 1 other person in store and 3 cars... in drive thru. I believe it was the manager that stood there on his phone, the fried kid couldn?t get the chicken baskets out ofthe frier. The poor girl in drive thru was the only one running around trying to work. Ordered two meals, both sandwiches with special instructions. Got home and realized both sandwiches were made incorrectly and... mine had a disgusting amount of sauce on it. We drove back to have them remake them and get fresh fries, only to have them messup the one sandwich again and we had to go back in. They blamed it on being busy (there was no cars in the drive thru and wewere the only customers in the store). We will not be returning to this location. Read more
This KFC has consistently had bad service over the last year. Our family loves KFC and we used to order it online at least 2... times a month and my wife would pick it up on the way home from work. In the past several months we have ordered ahead and hadto wait 25 minutes after getting there because you can't go in as they do not have enough staff to operate or like last time wewent they were out of chicken. We have heard similar stories about this place from our friends and family as well. It may be asign of the times but I really hope they get it together because we love the stuff, it's delicious! Absolutely horrible. Haven't had kfc in years, and never will again. I think it's just poor management of this location. The... food was ready suspiciously fast, maybe a minute or two at most. It was NOT fresh, it was dried out, tough, barely warm. Itwasn't even crispy, soggy and gross. Also, it tasted like it had a tablespoon of salt in every bite! Just awful. Read more
I went today to pick up a replacement meal from last week. After placing my order at the drive thru and waiting 7 or 8 minutes... for the two vehicles ahead to get their orders and then another 4 or 5 minutes at the pick up window I was advised that it wouldbe another 8 or 9 minutes for my order as they had "just dropped it in the fryer". So, they apparently waited until I got to thewindow to finally begin cooking the chicken?? This location has really gone downhill since moving to the new address. I wouldhave expected that they would begin cooking my order when I placed my order not once I arrived at the pick-up window. Thereseems to be a lot of disorganization and confusion all the time. If you're in a hurry, this is definitely not the location to goto. I must say though, after waiting all that time the chicken was very fresh and very tasty. Read more
I have been waiting awhile to get KFC and today I couldn?t wait to have some. I went into the store and ordered place was very... clean and very empty. No matter anyhow I waited 14 and 17min to get my meal ( zinger sandwich box meal ) all the while musicblaring from the back, they should be aware that not everyone likes every genre of music and be considerate of the guests. OnceI got my meal I was so very disappointed, cold tiny portions I mean the two wings that came with it were smaller then my finger,and the sandwich aside from being cold and hard as a rock had no meat in it, it was all breading!! After that experience I haveto say I will never recommend KFC to anyone and a revisit to any KFC moving for is very questionable. Placed an order for 25 pieces of chicken, 3 salads & 2 large fries & gravy. Came to over $80?. Waited for over an hour, only the... salads and gravy for the fries were delivered. No chicken or fries. Won?t ever order from KFC again. Went through hell trying toget our $ back from doordash. Read more
