In the past we have loved going here. This time was much different. When we called to order. They lied to us and told us they no... longer sell the rolls we wanted. When we got there, that turned out to be a lie. They refused to sell us individual slices ofcake even though they were already sliced and prepared, and the attitude of the employee was insane. Not to mention when I gothome the pasta that i always get, this time was so bland and flavorless that I took one bite and threw the entire bowl away.Total waste of time and money. Super disappointed. We asked for sweet potato fries, they came out cold. We ordered the cheese stake sandwich without mushrooms, it did have... mushrooms. The server stood there as we looked through the stake for the mushrooms, we just pulled out the mushrooms but theserver didn't apologize or anything, just walked away. This place has only a few options. But their pancakes are the best I've had in Utah. Me and a friend got the endless pancakes, I... got mine with the berries and cream. It was $20 for both of us which isn't too bad for what we got. The pancakes were absolutelyhuge, the berries and cream were fresh and oh so good. The buttermilk syrup was super duper sweet. We couldn't even finish onestack each honestly and took some home. But seriously the pancakes are delicious and if you're craving some I'd go here. Read more
The food is good though the options are fairly few. The service wasn?t great while we tried to order. If we didn?t call someone... over we would have stood there all night. The chef was a boss though and got food for seven people out quickly. Read more
I?m giving them two stars because it is usually amazing. But I went on July 4th and it was terrible. We waited for 70 minutes to... get our food and when we did it was literally cold. My French toast was so undercooked and my girlfriends pancakes had giantchunks of flour in them. The syrup however, was the worst part. It was the consistency of water. It looked like some water withsugar dissolved in. It was sad because their syrup is usually so good. The whole experience was so bad that it was honestly hardto not laugh at it all. The only good parts were the bacon and the price. Point of story, this is a great place to go on arandom Tuesday morning but the second they have a crowd be ready for some sub par food. Read more

We really like the Provo location, but our first visit to the Orem location was super disappointing. The "wonderful halibut"... tasted like cheap fish, the sweet potato fries were cold, they included almost zero rice on the side, and didn't include tartarsauce at all. I have ordered that dish at least 10 times before in Provo and this time it was completely mediocre. My wifeordered the side salad, which turned out to be a few pieces of old lettuce and it was objectively tiny. Sigh. Read more
