What a joke!!!! I eat at the Plainview Subway yesterday and ordered 2 footlong hams one with deluxe meat and the other was... regular. We had 2 medium sodas and 2 cookies and it all totaled just under $ 27.00. Now I order 1 footlong ham deluxe and getcharged 13.30 for it....I will never ever go there and order. This owner / manager is quite cheap and unethical . He declines to put veggies on my sandwich saying that there?s only so much... he can put on there . Although what I had asked was regular quantity that I always get from subways since a very long time .Never encountered such a person . I think he should own his own restaurant with his own rules rather than using Subway Franchise. Just don?t go here !! Read all the one start reviews and they will all pretty much say the same . They charge extra for veggies and pick and choose what coupons to except. Then says "I'll take it this time but no one takes... coupons anymore" ????I use to get lunch here all the time even with the up charge. But I will never return to this place again.I'll take my money somewhere else thank you. Read more
Wow, what a horrible manager! Just went to pick up an order that my wife place online. Waited 5 minutes, and they placed the bag... on the counter and said ?your orders ready?. I took it home?all wrong. Went back to get yelled at by the crazy manager askingwhy I took that order she gave me, and that I should have known it was not mine?last time we go there! If i could give them zero stars i would....i told the lady i wanted extra onions and she told me no i cant have them....then she... kept asking me if i wanted any other toppings and i told her i would like some extra onions and she told me no....i have beengoing to subway for 30 years and i have never had anybody tell me no when i asked for something, not only that but this placecharges more than other subways in the area......NEVER AGAIN! This subway is very clean and the employees are so warm and welcoming. My sandwich was great nice and hot! While my veggies were... crisp, crunchy & fresh! The guy making my sandwich convinced me that if I was hungry I should sit and eat lol. Gave me a freecookie I thought that was very important ????????Keep up the good customer service. Read more
