By far the Best Ralph's I've been to. You can walk inside an actual store front and select your ices or ice cream which makes... the experience more enjoyable. The store is immaculate, the Staff is awesome, and they treat you like Family. A parking lotis on the side and this location is easy to see from Montauk Highway. We will definitely be going back! Love the flavors of the ices and ice creams. The staff is really nice and they work hard. Gotta tip them. We had the specialty... sundaes only once and we both thought they were way too heavy on toppings and sweet sauces and not enoughice cream... made us alittle nauseous, so we'll stick to the basics. Also disappointing how some of the flavors run out, but they have so many greatoptions that the pain doesn't last long. Read more
I was there w a friend around 9PM There no inside shopping or sitting, but there are alot of flavors in water ice and ice... cream. I guess its popular because they were out of flavors to. The service was fast and alot of people came after us. Read more

The place is always busy but the girls that work there do a great job trying to please everybody without waiting long .People... should remember to leave them a Tip .. ..We have always been greeting with a big smile nd very polite ..sometime better thansome restaurants we might have experienced...Right !!!! ..There are plenty of us that have had the experience of dealing withthe public nd it's nice to be remembered ....!!!!!! What an amazing place!!! I came in there tonight at 845 asking if they could bring their ices to my daughter's school for her... birthday tomorrow. I thought I'd have to buy a bucket and then drop off an ice cream scooper. They told me they don't normallydeliver and I didn't expect they would but was taking a chance. My daughter wanted a particular flavor that I couldn't get fromthe supermarket and they were my only hope and very very last minute. I was willing to accept that it wasn't going to happen.Ally instead asked me for my number and said she would call the owners and get back to me within a hour. Ten minutes later I geta call from Dana F. Not only could they make it happen but they were willing to open early and call my daughter's school to findout the best time to have the ices delivered. I went back to pay and honestly was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for alltheir help. Instead they gave me discounts because of the amount of ices, they didn't charge a delivery fee either. When Icalled to thank Dana and tell her how shocked I was that not only were they willing to handle the logistics and I appreciated?that they were willing to deliver but couldn't believe they still gave me the discounts they gave to customers walking in... Shethanked me, me the one who was grateful to them. I thanked a million times and her only response past thank you for yourbusiness was the kindest answer "it's about the kids, we as parents would do anything for them! We are really happy you thoughtof us to make your daughter have a great birthday" COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY. I've never reviewed a business before but this placeis more than a business!!!
