I drove to by birthday cake it says open until 10pm was closed 930pm
No plant based products?? Do not order "Box of Joes's" they don't provide creamers and milk including no lids for cups
This one located on sunrise highway by 109 exit was terrible, we got ice cream and all the people agreed it tasted like dirt,... the cones as well. It was like super hot in there so the air conditioner was either not working or not on and by the windowslooking out were tons of dead bugs on the ledge. I will never visit this one again. Read more
*DO NOT ORDER AHEAD* No point in ordering ahead with mobile ordering. this is the 5th time I've tried and I even gave them 20... minutes from the moment I placed the order. They will not make the order until you are physically there which completely defeatsthe purpose because they also will not attend you unless you wait on the line. Exceedingly poor service by the day manager and an inferior product line of Dunkin thermos's. There standards should be raised... to that of Starbucks service and product line. Read more
