Went to this Wendy's in linden, Friday morning because my friend and I wanted to get the French toast sticks. They were... horrible, they were not crispy just full of grease. I have had French toast sticks from plenty of places and these were horribleand so were the seasoned fries. Everything was cold and greasy I will not buy anything from this Wendy's again. Read more

The food is good but it's rather apparent they're a bit stretched in terms of staffing. Because if they weren't, I'm pretty sure... the place would be a little cleaner and the cashier's attitude would be a little more pleasant. Yeah, they use a few more handson deck. Read more

Staff needs retraining (if they ever got training) in customer service and making sure items ordered are in the bag. I have had... items missing in my bag on more then one occasion. A smile, positive attitude and thank you are needed here. I hope themanagement reads this because they are the reason for this lack of service. You don't know, what you don't know. I usually don?t like to give one star ratings, but this place earned it. In life everyone earns things, so this particular... Wendy?s earned a one star rating. Their customer service stinks! Now I know their probably over worked but every customer thatcomes to any establishment counts. Believe me when I say, I?m not one of those people that believe the statement ?Customer isalways right? because that?s not a true statement. I believe the customer can make mistakes. However, I put my hard earned moneyinto their pockets to get the service that I received. Every dollar you put in a register is money in their pockets. ?If nocustomer no business, no business no work?, now that?s the statement I believe in.. Trust me, this is not the first time I?vecome to this Wendy?s, and believe it when I say every time has been the same experience over and over. The whole establishmentincluding management needs to attend a class on customer service. The person on the drive thru window having a conversation withanother coworker and then getting an attitude with me when I ask for some ketchup. No ice in my drink, and the fries. Oh pleasedon?t let me talk about the fries. CAN SOMEONE SAY SOGGY!!! Not just soggy but soggy full of grease. Reminds me of checkersfries. When you squeeze the fries a whole bunch grease comes out. I decided to start off my cheat day with Wendy's breakfast. I heard they had a pretty good menu. When I arrived the drive thru... was empty. The man took my order of a chicken biscuit meal. They allowed me to chamge from coffee to their natural lemonade fora $.60 upchange. Everything came to about $6.50. The cashier was pleasant when I got to the window. It took a little bit for thefood to be ready, I'm guessing because it was made fresh. When I got home and tried it, I must say it was pretty good. The frieswere nice and crispy and the chicken biscuit was juicy. Read more
