The drive through lady was very rude and impatient. She kept telling us to hold on and she didn?t have any knowledge about... anything at the restaurant. This location is one of the worst you can visit. I don't know how it is staffed but going through the drive-through takes you... longer than waiting to be seated at a restaurant; sometimes close to 30 mins. Not just that you get to the window and your orderis messed up, if you gave a coupon code, the cashier doesn't have it anymore. What's more the incompetent evening manager cannothelp you with sh#t! Excuses and arguing with the customer why she cannot do the simplest thing. I asked for a large Milk shake. They only have one size now. I though Bk was the "have it your way", place I was willing to... pay for a large. After I was charged and after it was made. I presented the small or regular cup they were giving me. I said Iasked for a large. "Oh Sir we only have one size." I told him you should have informed me before not after the transaction. I asked for money back. Manager was annoyed at me. And she was going to give me my money back. She wasn't even doing themath right. She was going to over pay me. I was at this location for May/4/2022 at 6:00pm. I went to the drive through and order my food I was seating in the drive... through for 30 minutes behind a car that was there a lot longer then me. And he never got his food the person inside never cameto the window so he drove off. Then It was my turn to drive up to the window. When I drive up to the window there was a blockgirl at the window she never open the window. so I just keep looking at her waiting for her to open the window and take my moneyand give me my food. When she finally decided to look at me and saw that I was looking at her she ducked below so I can?t seeher. I?m thinking she dropped something but 10 minutes go by and she never came back up. I?m very hungry I have not eat allday. I was there waiting 40 minutes for my food already and never got it. So I drive off and went to Wendy?s down thestreet. The food is terrible from this place, they gave me old, burned and stale mozzarella sticks. The fries were cold, as well as my... whopper. Unfortunately I noticed once I was home. This is unacceptable! 2.29 plus tax for THIS???? And a $1.00 for one piece ofcheese, unbelievable! Read more
I am not big on eating fast food but Sprint had a deal for BK so decided to get in on it. I tried to order through the app but... it didn't seem to work. So when I arrived I put the coupon up and went in. I started my order and showed the cashier thecoupon. She pointed at some sign and called a manager. The manger seen my coupon and took the order, and she seemed annoyed forthe record. She gave me my food but it was missing fries. I told her it is supposed to include fries and the cashier said noand mumbled to the manager. The manger also said no and I proceeded to show her the coupon again. She then annoyingly said allthese coupons are so different. Welp miss that's not my problem. They gave me my fries and I left. Terrible service! Please getit together people. Read more
