Used to love QT and went all the time. The manager Karen ( ironically ) is apparently very rude. My vehicle was parked for LESS... than 24hrs at QT and I was being told a tow truck was in route. No warning just being told it would be towed asap. Consideringhow much I have went, I?ll be taking my business elsewhere after this. Thanks but no thanks! The front clerk guy name Travis is hands-down the number one QT clerk I?ve ever seen anywhere in the country in over a decade. ... They need to do a commercial about this guy, He can single-handedly man two or three cash registers, do the work of three orfour employees, and most importantly- he does it with a great attitude every day when I see him here. if he needs a great job,tell him to email me and me or one of my partners will find him a really good gig. My hunch is middle managers at QT have noidea how valuable this guy is to the company. QuikTrip now that is a La. And Texas experience but I tell you what.... I do like each and everyone of them.. they are all ways... very well staffed and all ways have a full store with a lot of yummy snacks my favorite is the fountain drinks Diet Mountain dewwith some cherry juice added to it... I have to get it every single time.. now like I said this place is so great...... I don'tshop any other store's where I'm back homes... Nice employees but do no buy their brisket or pulled pork sandwiches. $4.69 for about $1 worth of meat and a basic bun.
Make sure that you pay attention to amount of money you give them as well as your total. The night crew WILL try to over charge... you, and yes I fully believe it is intentional. They were in the process of over charging me, when a man came in requesting themoney they just over charged him. Pay attention to your money because management is NOT paying attention to its employees. Read more
They tend to make me feel like all they care about is getting my money and getting me out of their store, I have never enjoyed a... single visit. The employees are not very courteous you're outgoing I think I've only seen one employee ever have a smile ontheir face. They're greetings sound and just seem fake and forced, like the only reason they're even greeting you or sayinganything to you is because they are forced to by a job requirement. Standard quality QT I always have great experiences there no matter which one I'm at and the coffee and drink selections are... always very numerous and the bathrooms are always spotless and well stocked the cashiers always seem to be multi tasking andhave every register open and as soon as one customer is finished another is being rang up at the register beside them in anendless loop that seems to never stop. Long story short me and the wife and kids are always satisfied and will continue tofrequent any and all Quick Trips. Read more
Loved this QT! The store and restroom were very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! I went late at night and was happy to... find that the kitchen was still open because I wanted something more than prepackaged food. The pretzels and grilled cheesesandwiches are amazing! Being able to customize your sandwich was also a nice surprise! Avocado, spinach, mushroom, and blackolives?hands down the best! Read more
