Lincolnton NC location.. Fries were cold had to go back through for fresh.. Chicken seemed to have been cooked hours before. We... really love Popeyes so hoping next time will be better. Sure the 2 workers were doing best they could to man store. However. Wewere the only 2 their at time of service. Read more

I didn?t catch the lady?s name but my grandson and I went to Popeyes in lincolnton this evening around 6 and she took our money... and got us a gallon of tea and our sauces. She was so very nice and pleasant and was truly a beautiful wonderful person and Iappreciate her kindness and we have nothing but compliments on our chicken and tenders and fixings. 3 stars simply because the lady was nice. Ordered 3 kids meals and a shrimp box. $38... Get to the window, they fix it, $33...... Blackened ranch please! Get the receipt, they had 4 kids meals. Make sure I have blackened ranch! Ok, I got you. They say I willget a refund. Manager brings me the 3 kids meals. Wait 5 minutes, then they ask me to pull up and come in. I have 3 kids, I'm inthe drive thru for a reason. We ain't getting out. Then ask if I just want a banana cake instead of refund. Sure. Pull up. Waitanother 15 minutes. Finally get food, no blackened ranch. After waiting this long I'm done. Food was good, but I'm guessingthis place like almost everywhere is short handed. Read more
